Nestled on 54 acres of farmland, surrounded by cattle grazing the paddocks, with mountain views in the distance, we welcome you to come & experience the country lifestyle!

The Nest at Evergreen Acres

Whitfield Hideaway. Privacy and incredible views!

Whitfield Hideaway creates the perfect getaway. Only 2 minute drive from the hamlet of Whitfield, yet surrounded by bush and wildlife, 3 dams, and incredible views of the stunning King Valley! If you are keen on food and wine tasting, the King Valley is the place for you with abundant Wineries within a 15 minute drive. Or if you are interested in just a quiet stay for two, this is a stunning place to relax and unwind. Drop of and pick up can be arranged to local Wineries. The perfect stay!

Saje's Pod

Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit with private access and parking. It has a queen bed with ensuite and an upstairs living area and kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own deck. The Pod and the House may be rented together. Saje's House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

Two brand new homes, side-by-side, located in the heart of Milawa. Modern accommodation with private alfresco rear yards, with vineyards within metres! Open plan living areas with just the right amount of space for up to 6 guests. Walk to everything Milawa has to offer - restaurants, Brown Brothers Winery, Milawa Mustards, Milawa Cheese Factory, Milawa Hotel, Milawa Bakery and more. At your doorstep are bike paths which lead to other nearby townships such as Oxley, Markwood and Wangaratta.

Small but cosy modern studio apartment, fantastic premium central location with lovely views to Mt Spion Kopje. Sleeps 3. 1 x double bed 1 x single (top bunk) Kitchen, bathroom, laundry. 100 metres to Slalom Plaza and the Main chairlift. Most Restaurants/cafes bars/ski hire all within 5 minutes from apartment. NOTE low rates are offered for SELF CLEANING booking. 2 pm late checkout allowing easy clean time. Must BYO BED SHEETS, TOWELS, TEA TOWEL. Doonas, pillows, blankets supplied

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

The Bungalow at Nunyara

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

Casolare Guest House at Politini Vineyard.

Our Guest House accommodates 1 to 4 people. Pls note **2nd bedroom is available only when booking more than 2 people** Bedrooms have a queen size bed, quality linen, lofty wool doonas & electric blankets. Our open plan living room is tastefully decorated w leather lounges, TV, dvd player, Coonara wood heater, aircon, & well appointed kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Modern Bathroom. The Kingsley is an ideal place to relax and enjoy Victoria's picturesque King Valley. Enjoying total seclusion, it is in easy reach of the King Valley wineries (17km), Milawa gourmet region (19km), historic Beechworth (37Km) and much more. Totally surrounded by vineyards and farmland, this is a newly renovated farmhouse house with all new appliances. With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

Lupo’s Loft

Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV(using your own login),kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun.

Elmwood Cottage Farm Stay

Nestled in between the Great Alpine Road and the Snow Road in the heart of North East Victoria, Elmwood Cottage offers a quiet, spacious home away from home a little off the beaten path. Based on beautiful farmland it is perfect for exploring the King Valley and Beechworth wine regions, The Milawa gourmet region, Beautiful Bright and the Alpine valleys. The location also offers close access to the Ovens River and Murray to Mountains rail trail.
