5 Harport is a waterside house on the banks of loch Harport, opposite the Talisker distillery in the beautiful village of Carbost, centrally located on Skye. Tastefully decorated, it has stunning views out over the loch to the Cuillin mountains especially from the decking. There’s a Smart TV with Netflix. Close to local amenities including a small shop and The Old Inn pub which serves food all day and has live traditional music 3 nights a week. 10 minutes to the cuillins and 20 miles to Portree.

Discover your own corner of Skye in this historic keepers cottage along a private shoreline, sitting below the Cuillins. An unforgettable location, complete with an outdoor fire pit to help you enjoy your surroundings into the evening. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

The Crofter's House, Isle of Skye

The Crofter's House is a traditional Scottish croft house that has been renovated to create a calm and peaceful retreat in the wild landscape of the Isle of Skye. Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. NB: the five-mile road to Camustianavaig is a single track (tarmac) road.

The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break.
