The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. Excellent location between Lisbon and Cascais, situated near academic institutions and investigation center. The train station is just in front of the building.
