The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Bojea Mill

This unique Mill built 300yrs ago enjoys outstanding views. It’s peaceful rural setting offers you the opportunity to access footpaths and a cycle network from your door, which will connect you to the Eden project in one direction or St Austell and the Pentewan valley in the other. It is ideally located with Charlestown Harbour only 2 miles away and the whole of St Austell bay to choose from, ie, Fowey, Gorran haven & Mevagissey to name but a few; it makes the beaches and coastal paths a must.

Enjoy the spacious accommodation including the bright, skylit bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge allows the space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Close to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, this gorgeous retreat makes an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's beautiful landscape and coastline.

Callywith House was built by the owners in 2019, set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Palm Tree Cottage

Palm Tree Cottage is located between the historic port of Charlestown and St Austell and backs onto a lovely park in a quiet residential area close to the coast. The south coast beaches of Porthpean, Pentewen, Par and Carlyon Bay are within 10-20 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.

Sunny-side-up is rated the top 1% property in the whole of Cornwall. We are located in the centre of St Austell Cornwall where easy access to Eden Project, Lost garden of Heligan, Charlestown, sandy beaches closeby, Mevagissey fishing village. Free 3 car parking spaces plus Tesla supercharge at the property (fees apply) Thames Foyer style luxury afternoon tea, jam first Cornish clotted cream on scones with a cake stand, wine and coffee station. Studio by Eden Project/ Knightor Winery

A fresh, minimalist, comfortable space for a couple to stay while exploring Cornwall. Located in a quiet village connected to The Eden Project via walking / cycling trails, walking distance from Knightor Winery and with loads of scenic walks on the doorstep. We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Relax in our cosy cottage just a 5-minute stroll down to Charlestown’s beautiful Georgian harbour—UNESCO-listed and full of Cornish charm. Take a stroll to the beach to take in the sunset within five minutes of your doorstep, with two beaches, great pubs, and fantastic restaurants nearby. Famous for filming of Poldark and Pirates of the Caribbean, the harbour is rich in history and character. Perfect for couples, families, and friends, with stunning coastal walks on your doorstep.

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.
