East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. SoCal’s Tropical Paradise With Hot Tub

This serene property is a short walk to Beacons Beach and all of the renowned restaurants, breweries, and wineries along Coast Highway. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, this beach house is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or family beach vacation, and offers the best in home entertainment and outdoor enjoyment. This house has a secluded hot tub, a fire pit, hammock, and outside dining on the large backyard deck. It also includes family board games, bicycles, and ping pong/pool table.

La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

Beside a pocket park on the edge of the Pacific ocean, this La Jolla Airbnb with 595 sq. ft patio offers salty air from the ocean about 100' away with fascinating tide pools. Too dangerous for kids here, sorry, but room for surfboards and bicycles, and your spa awaits. No beach access. Must scramble down park path to the stony shore, but a sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed, dog fee $55 per night; 20% discount on that day if you hear potential construction noise

Endless supply of hot water to wash away the day in a nice shower or a soak in the tub. Slip into the hot tub out back to unwind.

This newly built guest suite at our home sits above our garage high up on a hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."
