We love to host families. The house is set up perfect for it! If you’re planning a rowdy, wild, party filled stay, this is not the place for you. We ask our guests to be noise courteous to our neighbors between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Welcome to Villa de Requeza! This Modern Beach Bungalow themed home is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops and beautiful Moonlight Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views from the Encinitas Library and park viewpoints and visit the playground and dog park within walking distance. Fully furnished and decorated, property is enclosed on a large private retreat! One (1) dog (sorry, no cats) is ok with a $125 pet cleaning fee required- this can be paid through resolution center.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
