We welcome you to come and stay in a beautiful piece of paradise! Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Private guest wing, The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom & air con. Bedroom & Lounge have Smart TV's with Netflix. There is a kitchenette, with fridge & microwave. Bannockburn Hotel & Black Rabbit Café (Please check opening days & hours, as they vary with the seasons) are a short stroll from our gate Panoramic views of wineries, orchards & along the Kawarau river. 100 metres to the Lake Dunstan Cycle trail. Perfect location for skiers, mountainbikers & hikers & only a few minutes walk to the iconic/historic Cardrona Hotel. Fantastic huge free Jacuzzi/hot tub onsite to relax & unwind after a day up the mountain. There is a local store nearby with a pizzeria & café attached.

You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

After exploring, enjoy the historic pub next door - great atmosphere, food and mulled wine.

Lake Hayes Escape - Queenstown - Arrowtown

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.

Retreat To Pisa

Large Executive Private Suit, Ensuite Bathroom, Outdoor area, Garden. No cooking facilities inside Guest House. Microwave, toaster, electric jug, Nespresso mini,( bring your favourite pods) fridge provided for guests . Coffee , tea, herbal teas and fresh milk provided. Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .

Wanaka French farmhouse - self-contained apartment

Come and stay at our unique, French farmhouse inspired home, in your own spacious, self contained apartment - ideal for couples and families! Please note, the apartment has a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunks - the bunks are only suitable for children under 18. Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.

The Woodshed

Prime Wanaka War Birds Location! This is a newly built sleepout that is cozy and warm. Quiet street with rural outlook. We are a family with 2x kids and our friendly family dog Izzy. There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.

Peaceful, private luxury Guesthouse stunning views

Our Luxury Apartment we call "the man cave" is a cozy haven a few minutes drive from the lake and Wanaka town. Completely separate from our main house with a beautiful outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. Clutha River bike tracks and stunning walking tracks are at our doorstep - and after all that exercise you can return home and relax by the open fire.
