The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Bedroom has a queen bed, and sofa in livingroom as a pull-out queen bed. 12 min from the Morrow County Fairgrounds. 8 min to Cardinal Shooting Center. 30 min to Columbus, and 38 min to John Glenn International Airport. No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.

Come relax on our farm. Your accommodations are in our tiny house. The Cottage features a full kitchen, a large shower and a view through the French doors of the pond. Relax on the patio area while you enjoy your propane fire pit as you prepare dinner on the gas grill. The cottage is about 380 square feet, so we will limit it to two guests. You’ll have a queen bed and a lay flat reclining leather couch to sleep on. The cottage also has wifi and a Smartv.

The Barn at Bloom & Bower

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
