Casa Mila - Jungle Skoolie at Hotel Balu

Bus Mila is a unique jungle villa inside a fully functioning 1999 Bluebird school bus. The motor & steel steering wheel remain, giving full motorhome charm (unfortunately, no keys!). Features include a matrimonial bed, cot-size mattress, two sleeper sofas, full bathroom, kitchenette, A/C, filtered air, smart TV, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a large private covered patio. Steps from the pool, with private parking and access to Hotel Balu’s lush grounds, saltwater pool, yoga deck, and Club Árbol amenities

Our Boho Boutique Bus is a beautifully restored converted bus offering a truly unique stay within Tribe — our adults-only boutique hotel and jungle sanctuary in Dominical. Just steps from the beach, this boho-styled hideaway blends charm, comfort, and creativity. Guests enjoy the playful experience of sleeping in a chic bus while still having full access to Tribe’s amenities, including our pool, hammock gardens, and curated comforts. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

Sandwiched between two major nature reserves yet within a gated community, we built this space for those who want to remain close to town (10min drive) and the beach (8min drive), but feel immersed in the jungle...with all modern comforts. We promise it will be difficult to leave. PS: it is highly recommended to have your own transport when staying here. 4x4 is ideal.

Estamos ubicados en las Nubes de Coronado, muy cerca de San José. Es un hospedaje único, un bus transformado en una hermosa mini casa, en medio de la montaña. Contamos con una cama king, dos sillones que se transforman en camas dobles, una cocina totalmente equipada, una terraza con vista a la montaña y una parrilla en medio del jardín. Y espacio para realizar una fogata.Además nuestros huéspedes pueden hacer uso de todas las instalaciones del Rancho Samaná.
