The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Nov’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

"Seacliff" - Cliff Top Beach House

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Close to the City, Airport, Train Station & Beach

Bamboo house is a luxury 3 bedrooms house located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, Arncliffe train station. The house can accommodate up to 9 people ( 3 Queen beds & 1 sofa bed, two mattresses). The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
