E' luminoso, accogliente ,spazioso, completamente ristrutturato nel 2015.Dotato di cucina,pentole e stoviglie,forno elettrico,frigo-freezer, biancheria da bagno e da letto,aria climatizzata. La tassa di soggiorno nel comune è di 1 ,50 euro al giorno a persona(sono esclusi i bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni).
