The “resort” is also a great location for multiple hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobiling & skating and 20 minute drive from Crabbe Mountain

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Cozy Cottage on the Nashwaak River

Live like a local in this beautiful 2Bd/1Ba cottage with a small hot tub, private access to the Nashwaak River, and one 1 min to the NB Trail (#30 @ Camp Rd). The kitchen is stocked with more than the basics and there are plenty of towels and linens. This Cozy Cottage comfortably hosts 4 people, with a max of 6 people (Sleeper sofa). Access to a garage for ATVs and snowmobiles is available upon request during the winter months. Only 20 minutes from Fredericton, NB
