Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

The River House views capture where the Taxis River meets the famous Miramichi River. With Riparian Rights, you have access to fish on site.  Take advantage of this private lot, with direct access to the NB trail system, for all your four-season needs. Bring your ATV, Kayaks, side-by-side, or snowmobile. There is ample parking on site.

Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.

Country living near Fredericton: Red-Robin Farm

Located 25km north of Fredericton near Mactaquac hydro-electric dam. Enjoy a bright, walk-in basement apartment with separate entrance, set in the middle of a 55 acre Christmas tree farm. Bright apartment nestled among mature maples and ash trees and surrounded by Christmas trees. Plenty of hiking and access to private beach/swimming. Outdoor campfire pit available with plenty of dry firewood for your use in the evenings.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.
