The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

If you are driving, it's close to major roads leading to Macquarie Shopping Centre and Sydney CBD. Convenient access to Coles, Asian Grocery, IGA and Chemists 20 mins from Accor Stadium via car 30 mins to the city via Metro. 6 mins drive to Curzon Hall.

Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Extra guests: $40 NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.
