Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Our accommodation is spacious, with an abundance of natural light, accessed via the shared driveway, securely tucked away behind the house. Access to your own key via a key code to come and go at your convenience. It offers comfy beds, a lounge, a study area, air con, TV, kitchen with dining and laundry, sun lounge space and a personal bathroom. The sun room overlooks the lush, green garden. There is abundant street parking, and quick access to the city via fast bus at 7 min walking distance

Cumberland State Forest, Koala Park & Golf Club within 5mins & Olympic Park (Accor Stadium & Qudos Arena) approx 30 mins drive or bus. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.
