Located between Shippensburg/Carlisle areas, there is so much to see and do within driving distance. History enthusiast...you have so many places to choose from. Maybe wine is more to your liking...it's a matter of which winery do I choose first. Enjoy hiking...then nearby Michaux State Forest is the perfect place to go or the Cumberland Rails to Trails. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, US Army War College, Dickinson College, Keystone Aquatics & Fairgrounds but not walkable to these locations. Easy I81 on/off access. Minutes to the PA Turnpike. Smoking not allowed indoors but ok on the porch. Receptacle provided. Outdoor cameras for security. Host lives on property in house next door.

This quaint 1,500 square feet carriage house is on the back of a property that is home to a 19th century Victorian know as "Glass Gable". In 2000 Walt and Diana Brown purchased this property and began restoration and remodeling. The woodwork and other accommodations throughout have all been carefully selected to provide the atmosphere of an European Chalet. The Carriage House is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle and its many historic attractions.
