This cute & comfortable home features a smart TV located in the living room, master bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom features a queen bed, extra blow up mattress upon request. Fenced in backyard with enclosed patio, BBQ grill, washer and dryer. 1 mile to the Pecos River!

The Little Farmhouse

Welcome to The Little Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailer parking. Pets are welcome. Home has forced air heating & cooling and is built within the workshop (guests will not have access and are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 25 minutes to the caverns.

The Jalapeño- Historic Adobe Home in Walkable Area

Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Downstairs in the daylight basement, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 2 twins. Sleeps up to 8 guests! Great location- walk to Albertsons or CVS or restaurants!

Welcome to your home away from home in peaceful Carlsbad, New Mexico. This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (built in 2018) offers comfort, space, and style at a great value. The master suite features a king bed and walk-in shower, with two additional queen bedrooms. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, warm showers, and a kitchen with modern appliances, coffee maker, blender, and basic cookware—an exceptional stay and a great deal. We recently added a hot tub.

Riverside Home #2

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Looking for a quiet, serene place to put your feet up after a long day? This home has beautiful gardens and a water fountain in the backyard to help cast away your cares. Outdoor seating is available in both front and backyard gardens. Kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel right at home, chef not included. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or couples getaway.

La Fuente

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.

ChaCha’s Place!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located single family residence newly renovated from top to bottom. This property provides a quaint and cozy space to relax and wind down. Fully kitchen with everything you desire to prepare a meal. Beverages and snacks provided. Bathroom amenities include hair dryer, and toiletries. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Dia de Muertos

This unique place has a style all its own. Today's Día de los Muertos celebrations are a mash-up of pre-Hispanic religious rites and Christian feasts. This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.

Brick Haven Villa-No pets

This is an older home that has been remodeled/partially renovated. Not perfect but cozy. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!
