Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Välkommen till vår fullt utrustade stuga om 25 kvm + sovloft i en fantastisk miljö mitt i naturen, i en trädgård, 150 m/2 min från bad (strand/klippa/brygga). Huset är ljust inrett med naturliga material, stora fönsterpartier, utgång på egen altan, kamin för mysiga stunder, sovloft för mysbusiga barn/vuxna som vill vara lite för sig själva ibland. Rör er fritt i vår trädgård, där ni kan hitta en egen vrå att sitta i, ligga i en hängmatta och bara vara. Rökfritt boende, mindre hund ok, ej i säng.

Here it is close to swimming, piers, restaurant and kiosk. Parking space outside the door. Feel free to visit the cozy islands of Åstol and Dyrön during your stay. Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Det är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och strandaktiviteter. På det privata soldäcket kan du njuta av solen, bada i bubbelpoolen eller grilla kvällens middag. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Writers house - a place for poems - Brännö island

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Lägenhet i Bleket

Jag hyr ut övervåningen i mitt hus i Bleket ute på Tjörn. Lägenheten har egen ingång, två sovrum, toalett med dusch, pentry och balkong. Tillgång till tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns. Huset ligger ca 200-300 meter från Bleket badplats, kajakuthyrning och ett surdegsbageri. Gångavstånd till ön Klädesholmen där du hittar restauranger och närmsta matbutik.
