Professionally designed for enjoyable luxury, our home is nestled within a one of the most desired areas of Carlton Landing known as The Bend featuring a shared common area where kids love to play, a fire-it and outdoor dining. This home is centrally located just steps from the pool, Redbud park, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. You will arrive to a relaxing screened-in porch complete with a cozy fireplace, hanging chairs, and an outdoor dining table. The interior includes a spacious loft area with three built-in bunk beds and a play area. Two razor scooters provided.

Walk out the front to a beautiful green space with fire pit, picnic tables, waterfall, space to run & play.
