Carmel By the Canyon

Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

We are just a mile away from the center of Carmel-by-the-Sea and the beach. Wander the tree-lined streets with specialty shops, art galleries and antiques salons, as well as an exceptional array of bistros and bakeries, coffee shops and cocktail bars, tasting rooms and restaurants. Inside the updated one-bedroom, full-bath bungalow, you have a private patio, parking space, complete kitchen, love seat, bistro table with stools, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and Internet access. 2 night minimum.

Fairytale Cottage on Ocean Avenue, Downtown Carmel

Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 5 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

Light and spacious Carmel cottage

Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. The house is airy and light-filled, with large windows and french doors opening out to the garden that shelters the house on all sides. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

The Retreat at Point Lobos

The exclusive Retreat at Point Lobos is the perfect place to stay when visiting Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove or the Big Sur area. Located on private property within California's Point Lobos Ranch Preserve, it is surrounded by open space and native oak and pine forest. Just across the Pacific Coast Highway from the world-famous Point Lobos State Reserve, the private setting is the perfect spot for a quiet get-a-way for a couple or family of up to five.

Serene fully-furnished 900 sq. ft. studio guesthouse 6 blocks up the hill from the beach, with 180 degree ocean-view, and 180 degree mountain and wilderness view from a private balcony. The guesthouse is artfully decorated, and is quiet. Our whole neighborhood is affluent and beautiful with plenty of beaches to explore. It is the perfect place to stay and visit remote Big Sur to the south, but also be close to the incredible restaurants & shops in Carmel.

Pacific Grove Mid Century Near Beach

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a maximum of 2 adults per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.

Private, elegant cottage at a ten minute walk to popular shopping and restaurants in downtown Carmel by the Sea. On Ocean Ave, the main street going into downtown Carmel By The Sea. Very close to Highway 1 and a short drive to scenic Big Sur and the California coast. Minutes drive to Pebble Beach and 17 Mile Drive. Deck overlooking a backyard with oak trees.
