Perfectly situated where the lively streets of Santa Teresa give way to the verdant residential area of Malpaís, this 2-bedroom bungalow, fully fenced-off for privacy, is an ideal home base for your adventures in the area. With two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and generous outdoor living space, you can live well for a weekend, a week, or more. Highspeed internet and all utilities are included.  The property is located on the main road, a short 4 minute walk to the beach.

When we came to Santa Teresa with our 4 kids, we realized the best way to enjoy the area was to have easy access to everything. We love to Surf, do yoga, drink lazy coffee at cafes, eat fine dining, and make last minute ice cream runs at the grocery. It’s all easily walkable from our home and the included maid service means you can truly relax.
