150m2 house for rent, situated 20km from the city center (25minutes by car or train) in a beautiful neighbourhood - between the railway station Vecāķi and the beach (approx.500m to both). 1km to the nearest shop. 2 storey house has a living room with a kitchen area and a WC on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms (WC and shower) and 1 WC on the 1st floor. There is a grill place on a paved terrace outside the living room, and a closed parking space for 3 cars in front of the house.

It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). It is situated in a quiet, green area 3 km from A7 motorway, 17 km from the Riga city centre. Open space first The ground floor, 2 bedroom second floor. Near the house a pond where you can swim.
