A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We are a short walk to numerous hot spots including restaurants, bars, and shops. Our building has private beach access, an elevator and is gated. Because we have allergies and we use this condo ourselves, it is 100% NO PETS OR SMOKING. Also, NO parties!

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
