This condo does not have the compressor for air on the porch - it’s extra enjoyable just hearing the ocean and not the noise of the machine,all other condos have the air conditioners on their balconies! Spend a few days in this beautiful, beachfront apartment, in the buzzing area of Isla Verde. My apartment has a Queen bed, two twin beds, and a double sofa bed. It has an equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The building is a 5 minute drive to the airport, right next to Courtyard Marriott Hotel. The beach is right on your backyard, the area of Condado is 3 miles away while Old San Juan is 5 miles away. There are restaurants at walking distance.
