The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Potomac Cottage at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 12: two bedrooms have a king bed and two bedrooms have pairs of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Built in 2024, the York Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a full kitchen and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. The Triple Crown Farmhouse

Welcome to one of the most unique properties in the Richmond area! The Triple Crown is nestled between Kings Dominion and Meadow Event Park. Sit on the back porch or screened in porch and listen to the Summer concert series every weekend. Or wake up and enjoy coffee on the porch while viewing the beautiful sunrise over the water. The property has a fenced in backyard for your pups and kiddos to run safely and water access to fish from the bank.
