Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will love staying in this home. The home is close to I95 and RT 1 and in the middle of Washington DC and Richmond Virginia. The VA Hospital and Spotsylvania Hospital is about 10 minutes away. The Kings Dominion Amusement Park is 30 minutes away and Dominion Raceway is about 7 minutes away. 10 minutes away from all the shopping.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, ducks , chickens, and a Miniature Donkey.
