Walkout Basement Unit - Private Entrance

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

With a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, this three-bedroom home is great for families or couples to stay comfortably! The full house is available for guest use, except for a few locked closets. Enjoy the new four-seasons room and deck!! First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Historic Lagrange Ky and Madison In, are a must see and close by.
