MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Tucked Away Family Chalet is conveniently located in Carrabassett Valley close to hiking, biking, community pool/playground/tennis courts, Tufulio's restaurant and much more! A great place to enjoy nature, relax, unwind, check out from the hustle and bustle, and spend quality time with the family. Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

Sugarloaf Mountain, Slim Melvin House

Classic ski camp originally built in 1960 by Sugarloaf founding father, Walter”Slim” Melvin, and updated in 1998. All pine interior. Carpeted second floor bed rooms. Just 3 miles south of the Sugarloaf Mountain access rd. The camp is a very quiet retreat for family and friends. Dog friendly. Snow shoe out the back door and connect with the trails of the Outdoor center. Tune your skis on the basement work bench. Valley shuttle is available on call.

Quiet get away for the family on the river. Hear the sound of the flowing water right outside the windows. 4 Bedroom, 1 Bath, mudroom, radiant floor heat and propane gas stove, full kitchen, with deck and grill. Only a mile from Sugarloaf mountain and the Outdoor center and 24 miles from Flagstaff Lake. Activities include: cross country skiing, skate skiing, downhill skiing, skating and mountain biking, hiking, fishing and golfing.

This vibrant farmhouse is surrounded by 800 ft. of Lemon Stream. Walk to the historic wire bridge! It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace. Relax, ski, snowshoe, mountain bike, hike or just flake out in our spacious three-bedroom lower-level apartment in Reddington East -- just 10-minutes from the Loaf. 1500 square feet, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area great for watching the game, blazing fast internet, and a spectacular view of the mountain. There's plenty of room for your skis, coats, and other items in the secure entryway.

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!

Sugarloaf Home with amazing views

Sugarloaf Ski House, 10 minutes to baselodge, shuttle on call, awesome views, near crosscountry trails, restaurants, Outdoor Center. In summer months, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Golf Course. Easy access to bike/ hiking trails, waterways, fishing. You can ski in and out from your vehicle from the ends of Lots E and F when the Bucksaw Quad is running. There's a ticket Kiosk at the base of the lift.

Eustis Escape

Cute camp with a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and two lofts, one with a full and the other with a twin. There is a nice open kitchen, living, dining area. The camp sits right in the middle of downtown Eustis, walking distance to Trails End Restaurant and right next to the snowmobile trail.
