This Ski-in-ski-out condo is across from the health and fitness center (pool/hot tubs/gym/cafe). Walk 10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the Sugarloaf Mountain Village. Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, complemented by a twin mattress underneath, while the sofa can be converted into a bed. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, wifi, ski locker & pool access.

This classic slope side Sugarloaf condo, in Snowbrook Village is ideal for access to a wide range of outdoor activities. A short walk to Snubber Chairlift gets you up the mountain. The Carrabassett Valley Mountain Trail Network offer activities including Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain & fat tire biking, and hiking on an extensive trail network, accessible year-round from our parking lot. Walk to the lift across the parking lot or grab the shuttle right outside your door to get to the main lodge, restaurants, bars, groceries, Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, and the list goes on! Apres ski at any number of the hot spots then head for the heated indoor pool house for a swim. Mountain Bike trails network right outside your door!

Slopeside Studio at the Health Club

Walk out the door onto the Birches. From there it’s a short ski down to the Snubber Chair mid station. Close to the Shipyard Brewhaus. Same building as hot tubs pools, gym, racquetball. Free convenient parking. Not necessarily the most updated but very cozy with a gas fireplace and balcony. Hard to find a more convenient location. Great for kids to easily get to and from. The place has a queen sized Murphy Bed and two bunks. A full kitchen, full bath, very comfortable.

Beaver Brook Condo
