E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.

We are situated in Bunmahon,County Waterford with views of the Comeragh Mountains and beach.A short drive away is Waterford Greenway,Waterford Crystal,Reginalds Tower,Tramore Beach,The Copper Coast Drive and Unesco Geo Park and Dungarvan Bay.Our local Village is Kilmacthomas,home to the famous Flavahans Porridge and viaduct with bike hire for the greenway,pubs and restaurants.
