Take it easy on the leafy, secluded balcony and make the most of a bird's-eye view of Midtown. Vintage duplex in Midtown Garden District. Upstairs unit available for guests, a spacious 1800 sq. ft. Host lives in separate lower level unit and unless requested to provide a tour of the space, will engage via text message to respect guest's privacy. Street parking with residential parking pass provided. Upstairs unit private balcony with fire feature. Plenty of room for up to 8. Formal dining room. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Fiber, Direct TV with NFL Ticket. Full kitchen. Full laundry. Several hundred feet from Piedmont Park's event Mecca - Charles Allen Gate. Garden yard with several outdoor living spaces. Situated high up in Midtown's best corner location offers loads of privacy, yet all the action you wish to see. Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. MLB on Roku and NFL Ticket on Direct TV included!

Inman Park pool spa 2025 walk to many restaurants

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds, one with two bunk beds that are both twin over full. The pool will be open year round and heated April through October. The jacuzzi is heated year round! previously booked reservations might not have access. There is a basement apartment, this apartment will not have access to the pool and jacuzzi but the basement apartment faces the pool and jacuzzi You may add the 2 bedroom apartment with a movie room for $150 a night + cleaning if available

What you see is not what you get it is BETTER! A home away from home is what I would have to say in a nice and quiet neighborhood. This is a 3-bedroom town- home that has a queen size bed in each room not to mention that the master room has a sitting area with a comfy love seat and plenty closet space. This stay is ready for whatever your needs may be from business, fun with the kid's it is a family affair, or just a home away from home. You will be not be disappointed!
