Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

A space where practiced all kinds of sport such as paragliding, climbing, mountain biking, etc. We open the doors of our house to guests who admire nature and feel like discovering a place to explore!

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

The apartment has been furnished with great taste and eye for details. The special led lights highlight the features and give you a warm and cozy feeling in the apartment. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and sofa-bed. There is free wifi, laundry in each bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

We want you to feel at home! Rural house for 4 to 6 people (3 bedrooms), for weekend stays, holidays and short-term rentals in the Vall del Llémena, in a privileged natural environment and very close to Girona and the Costa Brava. The Masoveria de Cal Sastre is the ground floor of the farmhouse and the garden with pool, which is leased each time to a single group as independent accommodation. Upstairs live the owners, with whom no common space is shared.
