You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common, especially during fall and winter. Please read all listing information and photos to make sure this is the right fit for you. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

Fully equipped kitchen, upgraded bathroom, TVs with Wifi for streaming, Queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a grill equipped rear deck with a view of the woods out back. Enjoy the firepit out back under the stars. Plenty of parking area to bring your boat or ATV trailer.
