River cabin located on 45 acres of private land right on the beautiful Elk River. You will be surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest and the abundant wildlife that live in these beautiful mountains. Rainbow trout are here for the fishermen! The home is very private, cozy and relaxing, with a full kitchen, a porch overlooking the river with rocking chairs, and dinner/game table and dartboard. This cabin has two bedrooms and a loft as an additional sleeping room. The cabin will sleep 7 people.

Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
