Boat access to our private dock may not be possible at this time as water levels fluctuate and are beyond our control.

Perfect for anglers, nature lovers, and adventurers alike. Onsite parking for four vehicles, 812 sq. ft. of covered decking on three sides, plus an additional 288 sq. ft. of open-air decking. Two firepits, Appalachian Trail nearby, Bristol Speedway is 14.4 miles, one mile from the Elizabethton Municipal Airport.

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

Located at the top of a mountain in the Cherokee National Forest, this home is the perfect getaway from the city with no street lights or engine noise! 4/10 of a mile to Lake Watauga and the Appalachian Trail. >15 mins to zip lines, hiking & under an hour to the NC ski slopes. Route to home is on paved, all season roads. Driveway is steep, but parking available on the street also. NO FIRES ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY.
