Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area, makes for the perfect getaway. We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair. We are cleaning fanatics, and our guests love our squeaky-clean place! We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. Two super comfortable queen-sized beds, upscale linens & towels, a fully stocked kitchen and designer décor. We are always refreshing our place so it’s 5 stars for every guest. The carriage house is completely private & just a 7 min. walk to shenanigans in downtown Roswell.

This small remodeled home is located on a farm close to town. It is has some traffic noises. You will hear farm tools and farm animals. Enjoy nature and city sights of Rome, while also resting well and enjoying fishing, swimming and farm animals. You will find some original features in the home, mostly renovated. Enjoy the peace of nature and sight of animals in backyard pasture. Next door to Rose House Bnb if traveling with more family. Book both! We have pasture space! Bring your horse.
