Great for family or work. This is a detached home (2100 square feet ranch on one level) in a safe, quiet, and private 1/2 acre compound that includes two other homes. The owner lives on the premises in the house in the back.

This fully-furnished one-bedroom "garage apartment" is attached to our main home, but you will have your own private entrance! You can expect this to be your home-away-from-home with all the practicalities and necessities taken care of. No stairs are required to the ground-floor entrance except for two little ones in front of the door.
