Maid /housekeeper included at no extra cost to assist with housekeeping and prepare meals or snacks. Access hotel amenities, including golf rentals, Minitas Beach, and restaurants. Golf cart rental available for extra fee.

Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.
