Sunny Valley Resort is a unique and off the grid experience. We use a reliable Satellite service that delivers a great signal to each tipi and across 5 acres. Each tipi has its own deck with a private outdoor toilet and instant hot water outdoor shower, comfy beds, fire pits, carpeting, kitchenette with fresh local coffee, tea, goodies, creamer and sugar. Clean filtered spring water. We have lots of fun activities for families. Our tipis are spaced respectfully apart from each other for privacy.

Authentic Tatoosh Tipi

Our Tatoosh Tipi is just the spot for a fun and unique experience. The tipi has all the comforts of home with a double bed, electricity, and a detached bath house. Use the path to walk to the river during the day & relax in the hot tub at night. Our Tatoosh Tipi can sleep 2 adults and 3 cots that can be used for kids. When you wake in the morning, for heat you have central heating from a real furnace. Lying in bed you can control lights, Smart TV, and even the google hub. This is one of 3 waterfront teepees, steps away from the river. The 21 foot bear teepee sleeps 4. We have added new to this year is an 8 foot kids teepee. This site features a new Saluspa hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, propane cooking station, mini fridge and a picnic table. Comes with your own private bathroom and an outdoor shower.
