Oakdale Cottage

We are located at the base of Spencers Butte with miles of beautiful hiking trails. Three decks, outside hammock and BBQ. Mexican tiles and hard wood floors. Our cottage is just outside of town, and more often then not you may encounter some dust. We thoroughly clean the cottage between every guest and wash every linen in the cottage. If you are a neat freak, this may not be the place for you. (I am adding this to our beautiful listing to address some 3 star reviews on cleaning, simply false).

Enjoy a stay in our "Tall Firs Tiny Home" near hiking trails Spencer Butte, Cascades Raptor Center, Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field & UO campus (10 min drive). Neighborhood is currently being developed and construction can be seen/heard from back deck. This tiny home has been renovated inside and out for a cozy stay. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife visitors! A great spot for a getaway or bring the kids for adventures! The home shares property with a second rental house separated by a fence.

This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Set in the front garden of our 1892 Queen Anne is the Garden Studio, ready to welcome you to all that Eugene has to offer. The Garden Studio has been recently updated and features a stocked kitchenette, dining area, smart TV, large sectional, queen size bed, and fully remodeled bathroom. This comfortable space is quietly set in the South Hills while also being easily accessible to the University of Oregon, downtown, Interstate 5 and all of the outdoor pursuits that make Eugene so special.

Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.
