Attractive rural village, independent units. Between Florence and Arezzo On the property there are two houses for 4 people and 2 houses for 2 people. All the houses are independent (for 1 single family) and an outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue, for the exclusive use. . The swimming pool and the washing machine are shared with other guests. We are in the countryside 1km from the village of Pratovecchio, surrounded by fields and woods, ideal to enjoy the peace and relaxation The city of Pratovecchio, where there are all kinds of shops, banks, post office, pharmacy and restaurants I am available for further information.

Near the Fattoria di Marena farm center, and near the pool (8x16x1,5 m), a pink farmhouse (about 80 square meters) with private loggia overlooking farm fields. the house is so composed: living-dining-kitchen, bathroom (tub-shower) 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with a single bed. 1 more single bed can be addedon request. The house has internal stairs and has not an heating sistem... can be rented only may to september.
