Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, espaciosas y con vistas al mar, dos baños completos en mármol blanco y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar con espectaculares vistas al mediterráneo. El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. 🏠 Normas del apartamento te damos la bienvenida y te pedimos respetar el descanso de los vecinos: evita ruidos fuertes, portazos y fiestas, especialmente después de las 22:00. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave.
