L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da cucina attrezzata , camera matrimoniale,sala con divano letto ,bagno con doccia e grande terrazza. Situato nella frazione di Ghirla nel comune di Valganna VA. È posizionato in un luogo strategico sulla piazza principale. La stazione degli autobus si trova a 3 minuti a piedi. Nei pressi dell'abitazione si trovano bar con tabacchi ,e un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Check in e check out sono in autonomia

Die geräumige Duplex-/Maisonette-Appartement in der antiken Villa Rocchetta CH, wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ausgesuchten natürlichen Baustoffen, neu renoviert. Auf der grossen Terrasse, oder den weiteren 3 kleinen Balkonen, kann man die herrliche Aussicht auf den Luganersee genießen. Wer schwindelfrei und etwas mutig ist, kann den Panorama-Blick vom Turm bestaunen, der Teil der Wohnung ist. Der Umschwung bietet zahlreiche idyllischen Gartensitzplätzen zum Verweilen und geniessen.

Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale a vostra disposizione. Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Kavo Maison is immersed in the greenery of Sessa, a small village in Malcantone, only 15KM from Lugano and 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. The accommodation offers a double room, a breakfast corner (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge) and a private bathroom. A second room with a bunk bed and cot is available when booking for 3/4 persons. The accommodation has a private parking space, free wifi, and a large private garden.
