A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. Recently updated inside & out, this 3 bed/2 bath home is perfect for your multi-family or individual stay. It is located on 40 feet of water frontage on Magician Lake. You can comfortably sleep 10 people. A pontoon boat is included in the rental from May to mid-October. Additional private/walk-in lake access for all Bay properties is just down the street. Fish off the dock, take the boat for a few laps around the lake, or anchor at Hemlock island and enjoy the shallow waters surrounding it!

All guests must be 21 or older. Affectionately known as "The Box", this is a romantic getaway for water lovers, wine and beer tasters, and peace seekers. Enjoy excellent fishing, kayaking, swimming, and amazing sunsets. 5G Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pandora, and 2 TVs. Due to insurance and AirBnB policies, all guests must be listed on the reservation - even if they're just visiting and not staying overnight. We can't host dogs; please don't ask us to make an exception - we can't.
