Recently updated inside & out, this 3 bed/2 bath home is perfect for your multi-family or individual stay. It is located on 40 feet of water frontage on Magician Lake. You can comfortably sleep 10 people. A pontoon boat is included in the rental from May to mid-October. Additional private/walk-in lake access for all Bay properties is just down the street. Fish off the dock, take the boat for a few laps around the lake, or anchor at Hemlock island and enjoy the shallow waters surrounding it!

Walking distance to cozy Lakeside Bar Grill. Plenty of parking. Empty side lot. Quiet neighbors on a dead end street. Fire pit with firewood available. Gas grill, Canoe, and pedal boat available for use during warmer weather (must bring own life jackets). Natural gas furnace and electric fireplace to make the cooler nights cozy!

The LAVENDER LOFT IS A NEWLY REMODLED MODERN COTTAGE tucked away down a private drive. Relax and enjoy the sounds of Dewey Lake from the lovely front deck, as well as a private beach area nearby! Our home is located in the Sister Lakes area, on all-sports, 174 acre Dewey Lake. There is a large lawn on the side and parking in the back for a few cars. Rafts and games are here for you. Minimum age to rent is 25. There is a 3-night minimum for the summer months of June - August.
