Peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac as you enjoy the morning and evening herds of deer pass by, from inside our little Studio or out on the 8’ x 42‘ deck. You feel as if you are in the middle of “nowhere” but are only 30 min from Branson and 30 minutes from Springfield. Only 3.5 miles (6 min) from the “Greenhouse Two Rivers” in Highlandville. All the amenities of home. Electric fireplace, queen size bed, a full size sofa bed with a full kitchen and a coffee bar. Sleeps 2 Adults&2 Kids, OR 3 Adults.

This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Our place is perfectly situated between the two! This newly constructed private retreat space is conveniently located between between Springfield and Branson. Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Step into the past and experience farmhouse living in this completely remodeled 100+ year 2 story, which was the homestead for a Missouri Century Farm. Country enough but really close in to appreciate all that the Ozarks has to offer. 15 min. to Finley Farms and Ozark Mill, 20 min. to Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife, 45 min. to Branson, 5 min. to Lamberts Cafe. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
