Sun Holiday House è una graziosa casetta, dotata di ogni comfort, situata in una zona centrale a San Lazzaro. Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi di generi alimentari, tabaccheria e un bancomat. La casa è arredata con mobili moderni e dispone di un terrazzo panoramico anch' esso arredato con divanetti e coperto da un' ampia pensilina in ferro battuto. A circa 1 km c'è l' incantevole panorama di punta Miramare sul bellissimo mare della Costiera Amalfitana.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
