Ha una posizione strategica dato che per raggiungere il corso bisogna scendere una rampa di 80 gradini e per arrivare in Piazza Duomo basta fare una piacevole passeggiata di meno di 5 minuti. L'appartamento è al terzo piano di un condominio storico, per accedervi si devono fare circa 45 gradini.
