L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Nel residence ci sono un bar e un ristorante aperti d'estate Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

La dependence è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset take advantage of the strategic position of Casaisoladelba and dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro or Campo which are about 10 minutes away by car. On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic garden with sea view; table tennis; private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restaurants.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island.We prefere rent for a week, from saturday.to families or couples over 25.

Casa Zagara è una piccola casa rosa ristrutturata di recente, con un grazioso e profumato giardino degli aranci , contornato da mura antiche. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco, Sottobomba e a pochi km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.

Beachfront Tuscany

The property has it’s own access to the beach: a private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the sea where guests will find a private cabana equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Guests are given their private key to the beach.
