Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

Located on the northwest shore of pristine Hemlock Lake in the renowned Finger Lakes Wine Region of New York, Sans Souci “No worries" is a cozy guest house on the grounds of our historic winery O-Neh-Da Vineyard. Our charming guest house can be your escape from the daily grind. Enjoy the private hiking trail down to Hemlock Lake and site seeing close by. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Farmhouse at Brookdale Farms- a private, refuge

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.

Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Our place is located a half mile from Letchworth State Park! The Letchworth Pines is also nearby and offers dine in, takeout, bowling and an arcade. The Charcoal Corral is about 10 miles away and has a variety of foods, large ice cream shop, putt putt golf, arcade and drive in movies. For our winter guests, Swain Ski Resort is 14 miles from our place.
